At Sexy-Lily Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. Here's what you need to know about our refund policy:

Eligibility:
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns of intimate apparel, lingerie, or items that have been opened or used.

Timing:
You must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order to request a refund. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund.

Restocking Fees:
If you are eligible for a refund, a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the purchase price of the product. This fee covers the cost of restocking the product and processing the refund.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is delivered to us.

Refund Process:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product to ensure that it is eligible for a refund. If the product is eligible, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, you must return the original product and place a new order for the desired product.
